Great day volunteering with Resurgo last week and a huge thank you to Charlotte Pearce and the team, who run the inspiring 'Spear Leeds' programme. If you're not familiar, the Spear programme supports young adults from disadvantaged backgrounds into sustainable employment, education, or training. It was a pleasure to get involved in the mock interviews, and in a short space of time you can really see the difference the programme makes to the trainees.
