    Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based in Leeds with hybrid working, you will lead a small team, driving recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and develop a small talent acquisition team.
    • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across various business functions.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines.
    • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
    • Track and report on recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
