We’re looking for a Regional Senior HR Business Partner for the East Midlands on a 5-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to become permanent.
- Reporting to the People Director, you’ll drive HR strategy for both regional and cross-group functions, impacting approximately 200 employees across the organisation.
- This influential position is central to partnering with business leaders to support growth and achieve commercial objectives through strategic workforce planning.
- In this role, you’ll lead the talent agenda, ensuring scalable and sustainable people practices that align with the organisation's expansion. By influencing key decisions and serving as a trusted adviser and coach to senior leaders, you’ll foster a high-performance culture where people can thrive.
- You’ll also mobilise and develop your team to deliver exceptional support while reinforcing the business's values and workplace culture.
- Collaborating closely with the centres of expertise, you’ll help implement the people strategy across the business, bringing expertise in team relations, succession planning, and engagement within a fast-paced, multi-site retail setting.
