Reporting into the Head of Reward we are looking for a Reward Manager to join an established and growing Professional Services business.
This is a hybrid opportunity, 2 days in the office (Manchester) and 3 days working from home.
Role to start in early 2025
- Support the Head of Reward to develop and maintain a competitive benefits and pension offering
- Manage relationships with third parties
- Manage the setup of benefits as the business continues to grow
- Lead and manage the annual benefits enrolment
- Work closely with relevant internal functions to manage the administration of benefits
- Regularly produce relevant reports and insights
- Involvement in the development of reward-related policies
- Provide subject matter expertise; maintaining awareness and knowledge
- You must have strong, demonstrable reward experience
- Happy to work directly with relevant data
- Strong Microsoft Excel user
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Keen to get involved in driving the reward function and offering forward
- Ideally, you will have worked in a Professional Services environment before
- Full-time, permanent contract
- £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
