Are you a Reward Specialist looking for your next step?

Reporting into the Head of Reward we are looking for a Reward Manager to join an established and growing Professional Services business.

 

This is a hybrid opportunity, 2 days in the office (Manchester) and 3 days working from home.

Role to start in early 2025

    The role:

    • Support the Head of Reward to develop and maintain a competitive benefits and pension offering
    • Manage relationships with third parties
    • Manage the setup of benefits as the business continues to grow
    • Lead and manage the annual benefits enrolment
    • Work closely with relevant internal functions to manage the administration of benefits
    • Regularly produce relevant reports and insights
    • Involvement in the development of reward-related policies
    • Provide subject matter expertise; maintaining awareness and knowledge

     

    About you:

    • You must have strong, demonstrable reward experience
    • Happy to work directly with relevant data
    • Strong Microsoft Excel user
    • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
    • Keen to get involved in driving the reward function and offering forward
    • Ideally, you will have worked in a Professional Services environment before

     

    Package & Benefits available:
