We are recruiting a skilled People Data Analyst for a dynamic and innovative global media business in London. Reporting into the Group Head of Reward, the People Data Analyst will be instrumental in collecting, analysing and reporting people data across the Group. You’ll work closely with People, Payroll, Finance, Operations and leadership teams to turning complex information into clear insights that shape the people strategy, supporting talent management, driving employee engagement, and enhancing organisational performance.
- Collect and consolidate data from various HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and sources, including employee engagement surveys, performance reviews, and exit interviews.
- Develop and manage automated processes to streamline data flows across platforms, ensuring real-time data accessibility and minimising manual data entry.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI or similar platforms, providing real-time visibility into key HR metrics such as turnover rates, DEI initiatives, employee engagement, and retention.
- Prepare custom reports and analyses to support HR initiatives, such as recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and compensation benchmarking, responding to specific business needs.
- Track and analyze trends in workforce data to identify opportunities for improvement in areas such as productivity, employee satisfaction, and attrition.
- Implement procedures to regularly audit, cleanse, and validate data, ensuring its accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain high standards of data privacy and security, in alignment with GDPR and other regulatory requirements, ensuring sensitive employee information is handled with strict confidentiality.
- Work closely with IT and HR teams to support data governance, manage data requests, and identify opportunities to improve data quality and system efficiencies.
Key responsibilities:
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in a HR Data Analyst or similar role, with demonstrated experience in managing HR data and reporting systems. You will have the ability to analyse data and provide insights that inform decisions, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
This is a permanent, hybrid role based in London, offering circa £50,000 - £55,000 per annum.
