We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Partner who is looking to make a real impact within a values-driven manufacturing business in York. Reporting into the MD and partnering closely with the Operations Manager, the People & Culture Partner will be responsible for strengthening company culture, driving employee engagement and ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day HR operations.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Lead the People agenda ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
    • Provide expert guidance and support on ER issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values.
    • Work closely with managers and team leaders to support them with their people needs.
    • Promote learning and development opportunities for employees at all levels.
    • Develop and communicate people policies and procedures in line with best practices and company values.

    Skills & Experience:

    • Proven experience as a HR or People Business Partner.
    • CIPD Level 5 qualified desirable.
    • A deep understanding of culture and engagement strategies.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A values-driven approach to leadership and decision making.

     

    This is a great opportunity for a HR professional looking to work for a company with true values on a part-time basis. This is an on-site role, 3 days per week, offering circa £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.
