We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Payroll Manager to join a private equity-backed organisation based in West Yorkshire. In this key role, you will lead the payroll team, promoting a high-performance culture and ensuring the efficient, accurate, and compliant delivery of payroll services.
- Lead and manage the payroll team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Take overall responsibility for the preparation, processing, and administration of all payroll activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring deadlines are met and payroll services are delivered accurately.
- Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless coordination of payroll data and reporting.
- Handle complex payroll queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Proven experience in a payroll management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
