We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Payroll Manager to join a private equity-backed organisation based in West Yorkshire. In this key role, you will lead the payroll team, promoting a high-performance culture and ensuring the efficient, accurate, and compliant delivery of payroll services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the payroll team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
    • Take overall responsibility for the preparation, processing, and administration of all payroll activities.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring deadlines are met and payroll services are delivered accurately.
    • Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless coordination of payroll data and reporting.
    • Handle complex payroll queries and resolve issues promptly.

    Skills & Experience:

    • Proven experience in a payroll management role.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations.
    • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

     

    This is a permanent, hybrid role in West Yorkshire offering c£65,000.
