Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver bespoke leadership and management development programs up to C-suite level, tailored to the specific needs of client organisations.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to assess leadership needs and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and training programs to help develop high-performing leaders and managers.
• Use evidence-based strategies to ensure the effectiveness of learning programs and drive measurable outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in leadership development, ensuring our programs remain innovative and impactful.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and provide continuous feedback for improvement.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a management and leadership consultant, with a focus on developing high-performance teams and individuals.
• Strong understanding of leadership theories, learning methodologies, and organisational development practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with senior leadership teams and influence organisational change.
• Ideally, you will hold a relevant professional qualification or certification in leadership, coaching, organisational development or psychology.
• Experience in facilitating and coaching at all levels, from emerging leaders to senior executives.
• A strong results-driven approach with a passion for developing others and driving business growth.
