We are seeking an experienced Management Leadership Consultant with experience in coaching to join a utilities business in West Yorkshire.
Reporting into the Leadership Development Partner, the Management Leadership Consultant will scope, design, deliver and evaluate solutions to ensure the development of aspiring and current leaders at all levels across the business.
- Designing and delivering impactful learning programmes to support leadership development across all levels of the organisation.
- Coaching leaders from junior management to senior executives, helping them develop the skills and mindset to drive the organisation forward.
- Aligning leadership and development initiatives with the organisation's leadership and talent strategies to support long-term business goals.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify areas for leadership improvement and ensure the effective implementation of leadership initiatives.
- Monitoring and evaluating the success of leadership development programs, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business needs.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership and learning programmes.
- Strong ability to coach and mentor leaders at all levels.
- Experience in aligning talent development strategies with broader organisational goals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- A strong passion for leadership development and organisational success.
