An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Reward Manager to join a dynamic team on a minimum 6-month FTC. This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement in Yorkshire and will involve a mix of BAU responsibilities and exciting project work.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage day-to-day reward operations, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of reward-related activities across the organisation.
    • Support in the development and implementation of reward strategies, including compensation, benefits, and performance management.
    • Drive key reward initiatives and projects, providing expertise and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure compensation and benefits packages are competitive, sustainable, and aligned with industry standards.
    • Provide guidance and support on complex reward queries and issues, ensuring best practice is followed.
    • Analyse market trends and benchmarking data to recommend adjustments to compensation structures as required.
    • Assist in the delivery of annual pay reviews, bonus cycles, and other reward-related activities.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Proven experience in a Reward Manager or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of reward frameworks, compensation structures, and benefits management.
    • Experience managing reward and recognition programs within a large or complex organisation.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform decisions.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver within deadlines.
