    As the Senior HR Shared Services Manager, you will be at the forefront of transforming the HR service delivery. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring the efficient and effective management of HR services across the organization. Your expertise will be crucial in driving process improvements, enhancing employee experience, and supporting our strategic HR initiatives.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Leadership and Management: Oversee and manage the HR Shared Services team, providing guidance, mentoring, and development opportunities
    • Service Delivery: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of HR services, including employee lifecycle management, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance
    • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee satisfaction
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and other key stakeholders to support organizational goals
    • Technology Integration: Leverage HR technology solutions to streamline operations and improve data management and reporting
    • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements
    • Employee Experience: Champion a positive and inclusive employee experience through effective communication, problem-solving, and service excellence

    Skills and experience

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus
    • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technologies
