Reporting to the People Director you will work both strategically and on the day-to-day elements of HR for the site.
North-west Wales based. This is a hybrid role but weekly site presence is essential
- Strategic Responsibilities - Organisational Change, Succession Planning, people processes in given business unit etc.
- Working closely with Site Lead on delivery of all organisational activities
- Deal with esculated ER cases - provide advice and guidance to colleagues and managers as required
- Performance management
- Full control of site engagement stratagy and activities
- Development of managers through coaching
- Support positive D&I culture within the wider team
- Supporting KPI capturing and sharing with site leadership team
- You must have proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role (ideally at least 5 years expereince)
- You will have strong knowledge of HR principles, practices and employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable dealing with and advising Senior Managers and key stakeholders
- Level 5 CIPD qualified
