Reporting to the People Director you will work both strategically and on the day-to-day elements of HR for the site.

 

North-west Wales based. This is a hybrid role but weekly site presence is essential

    Key role resposibilities:

    • Strategic Responsibilities - Organisational Change, Succession Planning, people processes in given business unit etc.
    • Working closely with Site Lead on delivery of all organisational activities
    • Deal with esculated ER cases - provide advice and guidance to colleagues and managers as required
    • Performance management
    • Full control of site engagement stratagy and activities
    • Development of managers through coaching
    • Support positive D&I culture within the wider team
    • Supporting KPI capturing and sharing with site leadership team

     

    About you:

    • You must have proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role (ideally at least 5 years expereince)
    • You will have strong knowledge of HR principles, practices and employment law
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Comfortable dealing with and advising Senior Managers and key stakeholders
    • Level 5 CIPD qualified

     

    This is a permanent, hybrid role in Northwest Wales offering up to £50,000 per annum.
