    Key Responsibilities

    • Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
    • Provide expert HR advice and guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, talent management, and performance management.
    • Lead and support change management initiatives to enhance business performance and organisational development.
    • Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention strategies.
    • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
    • Oversee HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
    • Support learning and development initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities across the workforce.
    • Collaborate with site leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
    • Lead HR projects and initiatives aligned with business transformation and operational efficiency.

    Key Requirements

    • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a manufacturing, engineering, logistics or industrial environment.
    • Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations.
    • Experience in change management, organisational development, and workforce planning.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
    • Hands-on approach with the ability to work on-site and support a fast-paced operational environment.
    • CIPD Level 5 or above qualification (or equivalent experience).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
