We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic non-profit organisation in York. The ideal candidate will be able to start immediately and have a deep understanding of TUPE regulations, with hands-on experience managing both the transfer of employees into and out of an organisation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders, aligning HR practices with organisational goals.
    • Lead and manage the full TUPE process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements during employee transfers both into and out of the organisation.
    • Provide expert advice on employee relations, recruitment, and talent management.
    • Support organisational change and restructuring efforts while ensuring employee engagement.
    • Drive HR projects, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, well-being programs, and employee development.
    • Collaborate with other HR teams to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.

    Key Requirements:

    • Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and change management.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Expertise in TUPE (both incoming and outgoing processes) is essential.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
