We are supporting a scaling law firm, whose mission is to champion clients’ rights and deliver a service that combines top-tier legal expertise with a client-centred approach.
This is a Head of Marketing opportunity to lead the internal marketing team, manage third party marketing services providers and work with the internal client services team to originate new clients and increase existing client lifetime value.
- Lead and manage the internal marketing team, and where appropriate marketing agencies, to develop and deliver innovative and effective multi-channel client lead generation initiatives that meet agreed-upon commercial targets, including Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) goals
- Increase client lifetime value through the development and optimisation of the client experience strategy, with agreed-upon KPIs to measure progress and success.
- Monitor and report strategy performance through campaign metrics used to support recommendations with real time performance, dashboards and continuous A/B testing.
- Proven experience in a marketing leadership role within a law firm or regulated industry, with significant budget responsibility and a track record of delivering revenue and growth.
- A track record of customer focus, demonstrating insight into customer behaviour to support creation of successful campaigns and positive client experiences
- A good understanding of data protection regulations.
