We are seeking an experienced ER Advisor/Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Leeds on a 3-6 month fixed-term contract, with the potential to transition to a permanent role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, particularly within the manufacturing sector.
- Provide expert advice and support on employee relations matters.
- Manage and resolve complex ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance issues.
- Support management with HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law.
- Assist in the development and implementation of ER strategies.
- Proven experience in an ER role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to start immediately.
