This is an 18-month FTC with the potential of becoming permanent with a hybrid working arrangement.
Whilst the role requires a good level of awareness and knowledge of DE&I, this is far from the only focus of the role.
The role will report to the Culture Lead and work closely with the senior HR leadership team.
- Driving and supporting cultural change projects
- Effectively communicate cultural change to enable colleagues to deliver
- Work closely with a variety of stakeholders at all seniority levels
- Design, manage, deliver and analyse occasional colleague experience surveys
- Implement DE&I strategy
- Coordinating the work of DE&I groups
- Support and drive a high-performing, inclusive workplace
- Able and comfortable to work in the grey sometimes - as plans, strategies and initiatives evolve
- Happy to challenge ideas and behavior’s where appropriate
- Previous experience in using colleague surveys as a tool - designing, delivering and analysing
- Experience in planning and delivering DE&I initiatives
- Knowledge of embedding values and behaviours
- People and culture-focused - passionate about creating a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture
- Ability to think commercially and pragmatically
- 18-month FTC, full-time
- c£40,000 - £45,000 per annum
- Hybrid working, at least 2 days a week in the office
