I am working with a global business in Leeds who are looking for a Content and Channels Specialist (Internal Communications) to join their team.
You will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing engaging content across various internal communication channels to keep employees informed, motivated, and aligned company values and strategic goals. You'll work closely with HR, leadership, and various departments to support internal campaigns, enhance employee engagement, and drive a strong organisational culture.
- Develop and implement engaging content for newsletters, intranet, emails, digital displays, and other internal platforms.
- Manage, optimise, and analyse the effectiveness of internal communication channels.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to craft messages that resonate and support company objectives.
- Support internal campaigns, events, and change management communications.
- Continuously improve communication strategies by gathering and analysing employee feedback.
- Proven experience in internal communications or content creation.
- Strong writing, editing, and project management skills.
- Proficiency with intranet management tools, email platforms, and content management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a talent for stakeholder collaboration.
